Content you create
- Custom skins. When you equip a custom skin, the image is uploaded and shown to other players.
Purchases
- Order or transaction ID, product, date and platform. On some platforms we also receive the price and currency paid.
- On Steam, Steam tells us your country and currency so we can price purchases.
- Payments are handled by the app store or platform. We never receive your card or payment details.

- IP address, and your approximate location (country or region) estimated from it. We don’t collect precise or GPS location.
- Device model, operating system, app version, and app installation IDs.
- Crash logs and performance data.
- Your push notification token, if you allow notifications.
- On Android and iOS, your advertising ID, subject to your device settings and choices (see section 5).
2. How we use information
- To run the game: sign-in, saving progress, matchmaking, game servers, friends, parties and chat.
- To process purchases, deliver items, and prevent fraud (for example, verifying each purchase with the store).
- To keep the game safe: reviewing reports, enforcing our End User License Agreement, and banning accounts. We keep a record of bans.
- To understand how the game is played and fix problems (analytics, crash and performance data).
- To show ads in the Android and iOS versions, and to measure them.
- To send notifications, if you allow them.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland):
- Performance of our contract with you: providing the game.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, moderation, analytics and improving the game.
- Consent: personalized ads, and push notifications.
- Legal obligations: for example, keeping purchase records.
3. What other players can see

- Your equipped items and skins, including custom skins.

4. Who we share information with
We share information only with the companies that run parts of the game for us, and with the platforms you play on:
| Recipient | What they do |

We may also share information when required by law, to protect players and our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
We don’t sell your personal information for money. However, our ad partners use device identifiers to show personalized ads, and some US state laws treat that as “selling” or “sharing” personal information (see section 5).
5. Ads and your choices (Android and iOS)
The Android and iOS versions show ads through Unity LevelPlay, which works with ad networks including Google AdMob, Unity Ads and ironSource. These partners use your advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Your choices:
- Consent form. Where required (for example, in the EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice later under Settings > Privacy Settings.
- iOS. Your advertising ID is only used if you allow tracking when the game asks. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
6. Notifications
On Android and iOS, the game can send push notifications if you allow them. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
7. How long we keep information

8. Deleting your account
In the game: go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm. You’ll be signed out, and your account is scheduled for deletion.
- If you sign in again within 30 days, you’ll be asked whether to cancel the deletion.
- After 30 days, we permanently delete your account’s sign-in identity, so it can no longer be accessed.
On the web or by email: you can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] (see our account deletion page). Include your player ID, which is shown in Settings.
What may be kept: some records connected to the old account may be kept after deletion, but they’re no longer linked to any account you can sign in to. These include:
- purchase records, which we keep for accounting, tax and fraud prevention,
- leaderboard entries,
- gameplay records.
Accounts on Google, Apple, Steam, Xbox or Discord are managed by those companies. Deleting your Pixel Royale 3D account doesn’t delete them.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access your information, or get a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising.
To use these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won’t treat you differently for using them. In the EEA and UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
Pixel Royale 3D is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact [email protected] and we’ll delete it.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
