Account Deletion

Delete in the game

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and confirm. You’ll be signed out, and your account is scheduled for deletion.

• If you sign in again within 30 days, you’ll be asked whether to cancel the deletion.
• After 30 days, your account is permanently deleted and can no longer be accessed.

Can’t get into the game? Email us and include your player ID, which is shown in the game’s Settings.

What happens to your data

Some records, such as purchase records we keep for accounting and fraud prevention, may be kept after deletion, but they’re no longer linked to any account you can sign in to. Accounts on Google, Apple, Steam, Xbox or Discord are managed by those companies and aren’t deleted with your Pixel Royale 3D account.
